2025 Tribal Multifamily Finance Super Notice of Funding Availability

The California Department of Housing and Community Development is offering approximately $50 million in forgivable loans and grants to support new construction, rehabilitation, conversion, and related infrastructure for affordable multifamily housing serving tribal communities.
