Mahard Parkway Medians

The Town of Prosper is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of Mahard Parkway Medians. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of the medians. The successful contractor will be required to provide a performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond. The project timeline includes substantial completion and final completion. The contractor will be required to commence work within ten days of notice to proceed and substantially complete the work within the number of days submitted in the proposal. • The project consists of median nose paving, maintenance ramp construction, steel edge installation, decorative gravel installation, and planting of various types of grass and yucca. • The contractor will be required to furnish and install permanent irrigation, connection to existing irrigation main line, and conduit (PVC) (SCHD 40) (4-inch) (bore). • The engineer's estimate for the project is $308,130. • The proposal opening will be held online on June 23, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. • A preproposal meeting will be held online on June 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
