The City of Gladstone is seeking a qualified prime contractor to complete a comprehensive street improvement on N. Oak Trafficway between NE 69th and NE 72nd Streets. The project entails roadway reconstruction, installation of a hybrid roundabout and traffic signal, median and curb‑and‑gutter work, sidewalks, storm‑drainage upgrades, signage, landscaping, and associated appurtenances. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with all work performed by the prime contractor (no second‑tier subcontracting).
