The City of Kearney is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct a multi‑use connector path at Mack Porter Park. The scope includes civil‑engineering work such as sidewalk and trail construction, ADA‑compliant ramps, retaining walls, bridge drainage modifications, storm‑sewer improvements, pavement marking, signage, and traffic‑control measures.
