The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is seeking bids for the Atchison Storm Sewer Separation Improvements project in Atchison, Kansas. The contract covers complete construction activities required to separate combined sewer systems and improve related storm‑water infrastructure. Work includes demolition of existing utilities, installation of new storm‑sewer pipelines and structures, concrete works, earthwork, road‑way reconstruction, curb‑and‑gutter installation, sidewalk repair, erosion‑control measures, and related site restoration. The scope is organized by street alignments (16th St and 15th St) with an optional CLIN for additional work. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to complete the work in accordance with USACE specifications and local regulations.
• Demolition, utility relocation, and installation of new precast concrete storm‑sewer pipelines and structures.
• Full‑depth asphalt paving, concrete curb‑and‑gutter, sidewalk repair, and site‑wide erosion‑control (silt‑fence, filter‑sock, rip‑rap).
