Street Improvement-Queens Avenue-SST 27-1

The City of Ponca City is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive street improvement project on Queens Avenue, extending from 14th Street to the alley west of Crown Street. The scope includes selective clearing, unclassified excavation, borrow material placement, temporary silt fencing, rock filter dams, full-depth pavement reconstruction (including subgrade, aggregate base, geotextile reinforcement, concrete pavement, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and wheelchair ramps), utility adjustments, removal and replacement of existing pavement and storm infrastructure, and associated site work such as traffic control and construction staking.
