On-Call Transportation Engineering Services

The City of Kennewick is seeking a qualified consultant to provide on-call transportation engineering services. The selected consultant will work closely with the City's Community and Economic Development and provide a wide range of services, including traffic studies, modeling, roadway and intersection design, safety analysis, signal and signage design, and development review support. The consultant will provide services on an as-needed basis through task orders to address the City's evolving transportation needs.
