The U.S. Navy’s NAWCAD WOLF division is conducting market research for a sole‑source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide extensive life‑cycle support for the AN/SPN‑50(V) shipboard air‑traffic radar. The effort will cover overhaul, field, depot, logistics, inventory, failure‑data reporting, software and cyber analysis, engineering change proposals, hardware delivery, system installation, integration, and program management. The anticipated BOA will have a five‑year ordering period (Mar 2027‑Mar 2032) with task orders using CPFF, FFP, and cost‑reimbursement CLINs.
