The County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide warranty repair services, parts, and preventive maintenance for the Shelby County Fire Department’s light‑fleet Ford vehicles. The contractor must maintain an on‑hand inventory of common parts, respond to emergency‑response vehicle repairs within 24 hours, and keep detailed service records for three years. The award will be a sealed‑bid contract with potential one‑year renewals.
• Perform warranty and recall repairs on Ford fire‑department vehicles.
• Stock and supply common fleet parts (brakes, rotors, alternators, starters, etc.).
• Provide ASE‑certified technicians and a dedicated fleet advisor for the Fire Department.
• Offer 24‑hour turnaround for preventive‑maintenance services and prioritize emergency calls.
