Large Anechoic Chamber Absorber Material Refurbishment

The US Navy is soliciting quotations for the refurbishment and validation of the RF absorber material in support of the Large Anechoic Chamber. The acquisition is a full and open competition, firm fixed-price procurement. The intended contract line items include material and freight, nonrecurring engineering, removal and installation, and contract data requirements. The effort shall commence on 01 October 2026 and have delivery and acceptance at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA within 12 months. • The contract includes three line items: material and freight, nonrecurring engineering, removal and installation, and contract data requirements. • The offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. • Offerors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
