Description
The Chugach Electric Association is seeking a qualified fabricator to produce and deliver steel structures for the Kincaid Substation in Anchorage. The scope includes full fabrication of structural steel components per the Sample Equipment Contract, with delivery to the BESS lay‑down yard on Electron Drive. Bids must be submitted electronically by the October 27, 2026 deadline, and the completed structures must be delivered within the June 1‑June 30, 2027 window. This work is suited for companies experienced in steel fabrication, substation equipment support, and logistics in Alaska.
• Fabrication of structural steel for a utility substation (Kincaid).
