Description
The Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) seeks proposals from vendors that will securely deliver evidence-based, ethical mental health counseling or therapy services via telehealth. The services should be provided via an encrypted telecommunications platform. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract for the provision of school-based telehealth services.
• The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The vendor will be required to provide services to students in Alabama public schools.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and privacy.
• The vendor will be required to provide a detailed plan for the delivery of services, including the use of technology and the qualifications of personnel.
• The vendor will be required to provide a pricing plan that includes all costs associated with the delivery of services.
