The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the renovation of its Administrative Building. Qualified firms are invited to submit electronic proposals via the WV Oasis portal by the deadline of March 19 2026, 10:30 AM. The solicitation is qualifications‑based; detailed design or cost proposals are not required at this stage.
