Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) set-aside for 8(a) contractors and potential sources for an IDIQ MACC set-aside for Small Business contractors. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in design and construction, including general construction projects, maintenance, repair work, renovation, alteration, construction, demolition, and more. The majority of the work will be performed at NSWC IHD, Maryland, but contractors may also be required to support contractual actions at other Naval Facilities.
Key points to consider:
• The contract vehicles will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with a five-year ordering period and an aggregate value of up to $98,000,000.
• Task orders will typically range between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, but may be below or above these amounts.
• The Government makes no representation as to the number of task orders or actual amount of work to be ordered, but a minimum amount will be guaranteed for each awardee.
• Interested contractors should submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating their ability to perform the requested services.
