Zoning Code Update – Hybrid Code

The City of Spartanburg is seeking vendors to update its Zoning code – Hybrid Code. A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on March 23, 2026, at 11:00 am. The city is looking for a vendor to provide an updated zoning code that is a hybrid of different zoning codes. The scope of work includes updating the existing zoning code to make it more efficient and effective. The vendor will be responsible for researching and drafting the updated code, as well as providing recommendations for implementation.
