Clackamas County is seeking a vendor to convert, host, and maintain its Zoning Development Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, and Roadway Standards in an online, searchable, WCAG‑AA‑compliant format, and to provide ongoing supplemental updates, proofreading, and printed copies. The contractor must deliver a cloud‑hosted solution with full‑text search, hyperlinking, mobile/ screen‑reader accessibility, and a service level agreement covering support, uptime, backups, and data ownership. Semi‑annual printed supplements and occasional edits (3‑6 times per year) are required, along with Word and PDF source files.
