Description
The Bureau of Land Management seeks a cloud‑based software solution to manage, store, and provide access to Chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for its Oregon and Washington facilities. The contractor must deliver a searchable SDS database, mobile/offline access, automated updates, QR‑code integration, reporting/export capabilities, and support a multi‑admin structure. All work is performed remotely under a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year option extensions.
• Must comply with 29 CFR 1910.1200 and OSHA Hazard Communication Standards.
• Supports ~4,500 existing SDS (future ceiling 6,500) across 10 district offices and 74 facilities.
• Provides offline access, mobile device compatibility, auto‑updates, QR‑code generation, and GHS‑compliant labeling.
• Government will furnish current SDS inventory (SQLite3) and require return of all contractor‑produced material at contract close.
