Description
The County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based (SaaS) Adult Protective Services (APS) Case Management System and associated services. The solution must handle data collection, extensive reporting, and tracking of APS services, and include system design, data migration, testing, implementation, training, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing technical and operational support. The contract will commence July 1 2027, run an initial six‑year term (with up to four one‑year options), and require 24/7 availability, 99.5% uptime, SOC 2 Type II compliance, HIPAA compliance, and support for California CDSS reporting. Vendors must have at least three prior implementations of a production‑ready SaaS case‑management system for governmental agencies, one serving a jurisdiction of ≥2.5 million residents, and demonstrate capacity for ≥200 concurrent users (scalable to 300). A mandatory virtual proposers’ conference on 11 Nov 2026 and a scored system demonstration are required.
