The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for the Colorado Child Care Licensing System (CCCLS), a CJIS‑compliant, AWS‑hosted .NET application. The contract will begin July 1 2027 for an initial 12‑month term (renewable up to five years) and requires 24/7 uptime, CJIS‑certified staff, and adherence to accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and state security standards.
