T1932 - Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for the Childrens System of Care (CSOC)

The State of New Jersey is seeking a single prime contractor to serve as a Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for the Children’s System of Care (CSOC). The contractor will manage and operate a statewide Management Information System (MIS), provide 24 × 7 call‑center support, coordinate utilization management, care coordination, and data reporting, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other state security standards. The work is organized under a five‑year base contract with optional one‑year extensions, and pricing will be submitted on a State‑Supplied Price Sheet covering multiple service categories. • Provide comprehensive system‑administration, hosting, security, backup, and disaster‑recovery services for the CSOC MIS platform. • Operate a 24 × 7 toll‑free call center, including texting, bilingual support, and performance‑metric reporting. • Deliver quarterly data‑reporting, utilization‑management, and quality‑improvement services while meeting strict privacy and security requirements.
