The State of New Jersey is seeking a fiscal intermediary to administer, process, and counsel on cash‑management services for four DHS programs (JACC, PASP, SSP, PPP). The contractor will be responsible for fund administration, payroll and invoicing, co‑pay collection, customer service, web portal maintenance, reporting, and full compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and State security standards. Pricing must be submitted on a State‑supplied price sheet covering per‑member monthly rates, hourly staff rates, and fixed fees for background checks and workers‑compensation processing.
