The State of New Jersey is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and enhancement services for the NJKiDS application, which interfaces with the Automated Child Support Eligibility System (ACSES). The effort includes application bug‑fixes, upgrades, help‑desk support, batch‑processing management, interface oversight, security compliance, and ongoing performance reporting over a four‑year base period with potential one‑year extensions.
• Provide 24/7 application maintenance, including defect resolution, preventive updates, and compliance with federal child‑support statutes.
• Operate and support batch jobs (≈350 nightly jobs) and manage data‑transfer interfaces, ensuring ≥ 99 % batch success.
• Deliver help‑desk services, training, and documentation while meeting strict security and privacy requirements for PII, FTI, and other sensitive data.
• Submit required plans (security, disaster‑recovery, retention) and periodic reports; maintain a 25 % performance bond and comply with extensive New Jersey standard terms.
