Description
The State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support services for its Federal Revenue Enhancement and Claiming Systems. The work encompasses maintenance, enhancement, and integration of legacy mainframe applications (COBOL/IMS/DB2) and modern web‑based platforms, preparation and submission of federal claims (Title IV‑E, Title IV‑B, TANF, Medicaid, SSI), eligibility review, revenue‑maximization analysis, audit support, and knowledge‑transfer to DCFS staff. The contract is a ten‑year firm‑price award with a requirement to meet Business Enterprise Program (34 %) and Veteran Business Program (2 %) participation goals.
