Description
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is seeking to continue a sole‑source contract for Oracle Business Process Consulting services. Mythics LLC will provide dedicated accounting and project‑management resources—including staff accountants, senior accountants, and an on‑site project manager—to support IHDA’s finance operations, monthly reconciliations, close support, audit preparation, loan/escrow balance reconciliations, and related reporting. The work is performed under a one‑year bridge contract (approximately $597 K) with a start date of early December 2026 and an end date of November 2027.
• Provide Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP accounting support, including daily transaction processing, cash‑lockbox handling, and financial‑data collection.
• Maintain and deliver SOPs, custom tools, and monthly performance reporting against IHDA‑defined benchmarks.
• Ensure continuity of the existing consulting team to avoid disruption and preserve cost efficiencies estimated at ~34 % of internal staffing costs.
