Ferris State University seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Oracle Database Administration services for its Ellucian Banner ERP environment. The work includes administration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, performance tuning, backup & recovery, security, and upgrade support across production, pre‑production, sandbox, and multiple test instances hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers. The vendor must have proven expertise with Banner, Oracle, and Red Hat, and will be responsible for routine DBA tasks, patch/upgrade planning, disaster‑recovery testing, month‑end processing, and 24/7 support per defined SLA tiers. The contract is initially for two years with an option to extend for three additional years based on performance.
