Description
Columbus Consolidated Government seeks a comprehensive, cloud‑hosted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and full‑service implementation for its finance, procurement, HR, and payroll functions. The vendor must deliver system configuration, data migration from the existing CGI Advantage platform, integration with third‑party services, extensive testing, training, go‑live support, and post‑implementation “hyper‑care” through the first fiscal‑year‑end close and calendar‑year‑end payroll cycle, followed by ongoing maintenance and support. The contract will be awarded after City Council approval, with a proposal binding period of at least 180 days.
• Fully integrated ERP covering financial, procurement, HR, payroll, workflow automation, reporting, and security.
• End‑to‑end implementation services: project management, data migration, system integration, testing, training, cut‑over, and hyper‑care support.
• Mandatory compliance items: E‑Verify affidavit, multiple conflict‑of‑interest and federal‑compliance forms, insurance documentation, and acknowledgment of all addenda.
• Vendor must demonstrate public‑sector ERP experience, provide references, and meet insurance and licensing requirements.
