Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking administrative, technical, and program‑management expertise to support its Revenue Cycle Modernization & Innovation (RCMI) and Charge Description Master (CDM) initiatives. The effort is a non‑personal‑services task order intended to gather market capability data for a future contract; no proposals or pricing will be accepted at this stage. Respondents must provide detailed organizational, capability, and compliance information, focusing on experience with MHS GENESIS, Cerner/Oracle Health systems, CDM management, and emerging technologies such as AI, machine‑learning, and RPA.
• Provide organization details, SBA certifications, GWAC participation, and compliance with Cost Accounting Standards.
• Demonstrate recent experience (last 3‑5 years) in RCM, CDM, and EHR (Cerner/Oracle) environments, including author‑query (CCL/SQL) work and AI/RPA solution design.
• Outline capabilities for CDM maintenance, charge‑master auditing, AMA/CMS code updates, CMAC rate table management, and training/education of MHS staff.
• Include a Program Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and monthly reporting/tracking deliverables as described in the draft Performance Work Statement.
• Submit the RFI response in PDF format to the two listed DHA contacts by 10 AM on 16 November 2026 (no more than 25 pages of narrative).
