Description
The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center is conducting market research to gauge industry capability to provide comprehensive medical‑record review, audit, evaluation, inspection, and expert‑consultant/witness services for Medicare (Parts A, B, C, D) and Medicaid programs, as well as support for the Office of Investigations and the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General. Respondents must submit high‑level, non‑price information covering corporate capability, technical approach, past performance, and feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). No proposals or pricing will be accepted, and the Government will not reimburse any response costs.
• Scope includes five functional areas: audits for Medicare A/B/D & Medicaid, audits for Medicare C, evaluations & inspections, Office of Investigations support, and Office of Counsel support.
• Required submission sections: corporate capability & experience, high‑level technical approach & operations, past performance & market pricing, and industry feedback on the draft PWS.
• Deadline for electronic submission is 13 Nov 2026 12:00 PM ET to the listed contracting officer; responses become Government property.
