Medicaid Administrative Claim Consulting

New Mexico Department of Health is seeking a professional‑services contractor to provide comprehensive Medicaid Administrative Claim (MAC) consulting, including preparation and quarterly submission of MAC invoices, ongoing Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) maintenance and negotiation, and annual Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICRP) development and negotiation. The contractor will also review Medicaid matching opportunities, participate in stakeholder meetings, maintain detailed documentation, deliver training and knowledge transfer, and offer continuous advisory services on related compliance topics such as debarment, sub‑recipient distinctions, and FFATA reporting. • Provide quarterly MAC data preparation and invoicing support. • Maintain and negotiate the Cost Allocation Plan with the Health Care Authority. • Draft, submit, and negotiate the annual Indirect Cost Rate Proposal. • Offer ongoing technical assistance, training, and documentation for agency staff. • Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide advisory services on compliance and reporting matters.
