The State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology seeks a 10‑year, state‑wide firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide continuous production support, maintenance, and operations (M&O) for its enterprise SAP ecosystem—including Finance, SuccessFactors HCM, Business Objects, HANA, and related integrations. The contract includes a fixed monthly rate for baseline services and separate fixed‑fee proposals for optional Enhanced Process Improvement (EPI) projects. The vendor must staff senior on‑shore SAP experts, provide 24/7 monitoring, meet BEP (18 %) and VBP (1 %) diversity goals, and submit a full technical response, diversity plan, and required disclosures through the BidBuy portal.
