Description
The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities is seeking a consulting vendor to provide an enterprise‑wide integration platform that will manage APIs, ETL processes, data governance, and complex business workflows across both cloud and on‑premises applications. The solution must support up to 1 million transactions per month and at least 15 use cases per application, replacing the existing WebMethods environment. The contractor will be responsible for platform design, implementation, migration, testing, and ongoing support.
• Design and deploy a scalable integration platform (API management, ETL, governance) compatible with existing on‑prem and cloud systems.
• Migrate current WebMethods integrations and ensure continuity for up to 1 M monthly transactions.
• Provide consulting, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer for up to 15 distinct application use cases.
