The State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) seeks a vendor to deliver a cloud‑based, enterprise‑grade point‑of‑sale (POS) software platform—including hardware, integration, support, and training—for its State Parks retail, food, and beverage operations. The solution must integrate with the Maestro hospitality system, state‑wide merchant services, and gift‑card processor, and meet stringent security, data‑privacy, and compliance standards (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, NIST 800‑53, etc.).
