BakerRipley, a large Texas nonprofit, is seeking a strategic partner to provide, lease, install, maintain, and service multifunction printers and desktop devices across roughly 25 locations. The vendor must supply new equipment that meets detailed technical specifications, include consumables, provide on‑site training, offer a secure online portal for service requests and reporting, and ensure rapid response (within 1 hour for remote support and 24 hours for on‑site repair). The contract will also require data‑destruction certification for decommissioned devices, quarterly performance reviews, and the ability to adjust fleet size to reduce costs or increase capacity.
