Description
The County is seeking an authorized HP reseller to serve as its primary supplier for HP® file servers, related peripheral equipment, and associated value‑added services under an annual contract. The vendor must provide a full range of HP server models, configure hardware per County specifications, handle order processing, and deliver rapid support services. The contract begins Jan 1 2027 with optional four‑year renewals, and the County expects roughly $1.4 M in annual spend.
• Supply any HP® server model (rack‑mount, standalone, blade) and a broad array of peripherals (memory, drives, network cards, cables, etc.).
• Provide on‑site system‑configuration support, order tracking, weekly status reports, and rapid response times (pricing info within 4 hrs, quotes within 3 business days).
• Meet extensive insurance requirements (CGL $2M, auto $1M, umbrella up to $10M, A‑M Best ≥ A‑7) and certify non‑collusion and ethical compliance.
• Must be an authorized HP reseller with ≥ 5 years experience serving mid‑to‑large enterprises or governments; can submit combined experience with teaming partners.
