Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply HP® file servers and a broad range of peripheral equipment under an annual contract. The contract will commence on January 1 2027 (or upon Board approval) and may be renewed for up to four additional 12‑month periods. Bidders must be authorized HP resellers, have at least five years of experience selling/completing similar government‑scale IT hardware projects, and provide value‑added services such as online order tracking, custom system configuration, and on‑site support. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bid; the County may split awards among multiple suppliers.
