Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking an authorized HP reseller to serve as the primary provider for all HP server models, peripheral equipment, and related value‑added services under an annual contract. The vendor must supply fully configured servers (including firmware, RAID, OS, and asset tagging), handle order tracking, provide on‑site configuration support when needed, and meet strict service‑level commitments for shipping, response times, and reporting. Insurance coverage must meet extensive liability, auto, workers’ compensation, umbrella, and cyber requirements, and the vendor must submit required affidavits and references. The contract’s initial term begins FY 2027 with four optional one‑year renewal options, and the anticipated annual spend is about $1.4 million.
• Supply any HP® server model and full line of peripherals (memory, drives, network cards, cables, etc.).
• Provide on‑site configuration, order reconciliation, and rapid response (pricing info within 4 hours, quotes within 3 business days).
• Maintain extensive insurance (CGL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Umbrella up to $10 M, Cyber $1 M) and submit non‑collusion and ethics certifications.
• Submit a sealed bid by Nov 2 2026, including discount percentages below the Georgia state contract price and peripheral pricing not exceeding 8 % above cost.
