Union County Public Schools (UCPS) is seeking a single prime vendor to deliver a fully integrated, cloud‑hosted Food Management Software and Services platform for its K‑12 district (≈40,000 students, 53 schools). The solution must cover point‑of‑sale, purchasing, inventory, menu planning, nutrition analysis, eligibility processing, parent portals, reporting, and seamless integration with existing SIS (Infinite Campus) and ERP (Tyler Munis) systems. UCPS expects the vendor to handle implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and maintenance, with strong security, accessibility, and privacy compliance (FERPA, COPPA, PCI‑DSS).
