The State of Tennessee seeks a vendor to design, implement, integrate, and support a cloud‑based Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platform that serves retail merchandise and food‑and‑beverage operations across multiple state parks. The solution must include hardware, software, 24/7 support, training, and compliance with strict security and data‑handling standards, as well as integration with the existing Maestro Hospitality system and statewide merchant‑services contracts.
• Deliver a unified POS system (software + hardware) for 6 lodge restaurants, 7 gift shops, and 2 independent restaurants.
• Provide certified integration with Maestro Hospitality, state‑wide credit‑card processing, and gift‑card processors within 60 days of contract start.
• Meet extensive security requirements (FIPS‑validated encryption, SOC 2 Type II, PCI‑DSS, NIST 800‑53) and offer 24/7 technical support, on‑site hardware installation, and ongoing updates for a base term of 5 years (with up‑to‑five optional 1‑year renewals).
