The County is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valve assemblies (sizes 54‑in. to 108‑in.) with compatible gear‑boxes and required extensions for two water‑treatment filter plants in Gwinnett County, GA. The valves must meet AWWA C504/C516 standards, include full documentation, and be delivered FOB Destination to the respective plant sites. Installation will be performed by a separate contractor; the vendor’s responsibility ends with shipment and provision of operating & maintenance data.
• 15 valve assemblies (double‑offset, AWWA‑compliant) covering clearwell, high‑service pump, and supply‑line applications.
• Must include gear‑boxes, stainless‑steel extensions where needed, and complete O&M manuals, certifications, and spare‑parts lists.
• Delivery FOB Destination to Lanier Filter Plant (Buford, GA) and Shoal Creek Filter Plant (Buford, GA); unit pricing must be all‑inclusive.
• Bids must be submitted in sealed duplicate envelopes by July 13 2026 2:50 p.m.; a virtual pre‑bid conference is scheduled for June 16 2026 (attendance optional).
