Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing an intent to sole source announcement for maintenance and technical support services for the Draeger Innovian Anesthesia Record Keeping System. The contractor will provide support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year, including scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and technical support. The contract is for a period of one year, from June 21, 2026, to June 20, 2027, with an option for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, test equipment, diagnostic software, parts, shipping, and staff supervision necessary to perform remote and/or on-site services.
Some key points to note:
• The contractor shall provide support for both the Test and Production environments.
• The VA will continue to be responsible for performing all Microsoft Patching for all Contractor ARK Workstations and Contractor ARK Servers after Contractor compatibility testing as applicable.
• The contractor shall supply and install replacement or additional hardware components as necessary to maintain the reliability and performance of the system.
• The contractor shall provide telephone and online remote support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
