Description
The Bay City Public Schools are seeking bids for the Kolb Elementary Restroom Renovation project. The project involves renovations to the restrooms at Kolb Elementary School and will utilize separate prime contractors. The Owner will award contracts on or about February 9, 2026, to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions. Key aspects of the project include:
• Bid divisions: 060000 General Trades, 096500 Flooring, 222300 Mechanical, and 260000 Electrical
• Bid security: A bid security of 5% of the base bid is required
• Familial disclosure: Bidders must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with the Owner or employees of the bidder
• Iran Business Relationship Affidavit: Bidders must provide a signed affidavit complying with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act
