Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Education is soliciting sealed bids for the complete interior renovation of Simonton Elementary School’s Buildings 2010 and 2011 located at 275 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA. The scope includes demolition, finishes, casework, lighting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and all associated labor, materials, and services required to bring the interiors up to current K‑12 standards. Bidders must submit the AIA A305‑2020 Contractor’s Qualifications Statement, provide a 5 % bid bond, and be prepared to furnish performance and labor‑material payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract sum. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis; construction may not start before May 21 2027 and must be substantially complete by July 23 2027. Two mandatory pre‑bid conferences will be held on‑site.
