The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is seeking proposals for the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery of 650 MHz RF Circulators in support of the PIP-II Project. The project requires the fabrication and delivery of 54 units of the 650 MHz RF Circulators. The proposer must demonstrate their ability to design, fabricate, test, and deliver the circulators in full compliance with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). The proposal must include a clear and complete technical proposal, a business management and price proposal, and all required documentation. The evaluation criteria include technical merit and quality, past experience, delivery schedule and milestones, and management control plan.
• The proposal must demonstrate the offeror's ability to design, fabricate, test, assemble, and deliver the circulators with performance that meets or exceeds the technical specifications contained in the SOW.
• The proposal must include a detailed technical proposal that demonstrates the offeror's technical capabilities, staff experience, and infrastructure to fabricate and fully assemble the circulators.
• The proposal must include a detailed technical proposal that demonstrates the offeror's technical capabilities, staff experience, and infrastructure to perform verification testing on the circulators.
• The proposal must include documentation demonstrating experience with projects of a similar scope in complexity and value.
• The proposal must include a breakdown of the proposed schedule for the design milestones and deliveries.
• The proposal must include documentation to demonstrate the ability to ensure the required quality standard throughout the entire execution of the project.
