The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is soliciting sealed proposals for a broad suite of professional services to be performed through December 31 2026. The solicitation bundles multiple individual RFP numbers covering affordable‑housing administration, architectural and engineering design, financial advisory, grant consulting, hearing‑officer services, insurance brokerage, planning, property appraisal, public‑relations, tax‑appeal consulting, website design/maintenance, energy procurement, and workers‑comp claims administration. Vendors must submit a sealed envelope with required certifications, references, and a compensation proposal (price, hourly rates, percentages, or commission structures) for the specific service(s) they are targeting.
