The Ellsworth School Department seeks a qualified contractor to replace the roof over the auditorium at Ellsworth High School. The work includes removal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment, inspection and repair of decking, installation of new ice‑and‑water shield, synthetic underlayment, aluminum drip edge, flashing, vent‑pipe boots, and new 240 lb/ft² asphalt shingles that match the existing roof color, plus a manufacturer warranty and a minimum two‑year labor warranty. The project must be completed before August 21 2026, with a site walk‑through scheduled for June 30 2026.
