Small Business Set Aside Brand Name or Equal for 2 Lithium Battery Storage/Charging Container per attachments

The United States Navy is seeking a small business set aside brand name or equal for 2 lithium battery storage/charging containers. The containers must meet specific requirements, including a minimum exterior size of 22'-0'' x 11'-6'' x 9'-9'', a minimum interior size of 20'-0'' x 10'-0'' x 7'-6'', and a wind load of 150 MPH. The containers must also have a four-hour bi-directional fire rated, weatherproof construction, and meet or exceed UL 263 and ASTM E-119. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance. • The containers must have a sump capacity of at least 740 gallons and a drum capacity of at least 50. • The containers must have a static grounding system, including three interior grounding lugs, one exterior static grounding connection, and one 10-foot long 5/8” diameter copper-clad steel grounding rod. • The containers must have gravity air flow vents, including UL listed 3 hour rated fire dampers with UL listed 165 degree fusible links. • The containers must have a building finish, including a high solids alkyd universal metal primer and a high solid acrylic alkyd enamel top coat.
