The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking a qualified vendor to establish a blanket order contract for the supply of AA and AAA alkaline batteries to the Louisiana Department of Corrections Prison Enterprises Canteen. The contract will run for an initial 12‑month period beginning January 1 2027 (or award date, whichever is later) with the option to renew twice, for a maximum total term of 36 months. Vendors must be registered in the LaGov vendor portal, submit a fully‑priced, FOB‑destination bid, and be able to deliver within 5‑7 days after order receipt.
