Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Glycol Ether EB (Butyl Cellosolve) on a bulk tanker basis for its Enterprise Janitorial Products Plant. The contract will be a three‑year term, “as‑needed,” with no guaranteed minimum volume. Vendors must be a North Carolina‑registered vendor in good standing and submit a sealed bid through the state e‑procurement portal by November 2, 2026 (2:00 PM ET). The solicitation includes detailed specifications, pricing per pound, delivery requirements, warranty, sustainability reporting, and numerous certifications (financial, E‑Verify, drug‑free workplace, etc.).
