The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a qualified vendor to provide disposable Styrofoam trays on an “as‑needed” basis for its statewide prison supply warehouses. This is a three‑year, agency‑specific term contract with no guaranteed minimum quantity; the State will issue purchase orders as demand arises. Vendors must be registered in the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) and submit a sealed bid through the Ariba Sourcing Tool by the November 5, 2026 deadline.
