RFP 4085 - Job Order Contracting Services

The City of Lynnwood is seeking a general contractor to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for various public works projects throughout the city. The contractor will be required to complete individual projects as assigned by the city, with a focus on reducing lead-time and cost. The contract will be for a two-year term with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be required to provide a payment and performance bond, and to pay a JOC system license fee. The city reserves the right to award up to three contracts through this RFP process.
